Get Skills MD is operated by AI Creative Solutions ("we," "us," "our"). We sell a digital AI agent via Gumroad that buyers copy into their own MindStudio workspace.

3.1 What We DO NOT Collect

• Your AI prompts or conversations — The agent runs in your own MindStudio workspace. We have zero access.
• Skills you generate — All outputs stay in your workspace. We never see them.
• Payment card details — Gumroad handles all payment processing. We never see or store your card information.
• Usage analytics from the agent — Once copied, the agent has no connection back to us.

3.2 What We DO Collect

Through Gumroad's purchase process, we receive:

• Your email address — provided at checkout for order confirmation and delivery
• Purchase record — date, amount, transaction ID (via Gumroad)
• Your name — if provided at checkout

Through our website (getskillsmd.com), standard web server logs may include:

• IP address (anonymised after 30 days)
• Browser type and operating system
• Pages visited and timestamps

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Deliver the product (send you the remix link)
• Respond to support enquiries
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or advertising. We will not send you unsolicited emails beyond your purchase confirmation and delivery.

5.1 Gumroad

Payments are processed by Gumroad Inc. Their handling of your data is governed by Gumroad's Privacy Policy.

5.2 MindStudio

The agent runs on MindStudio (YouAi Inc.). Once you copy the agent to your workspace, all interactions are between you and MindStudio. Their handling of your data is governed by MindStudio's Privacy Policy. MindStudio states that user data is not used for model training.

5.3 Hostinger

Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Standard web server logs are processed in accordance with Hostinger's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone except as required to deliver the product (Gumroad for payment, email for delivery) or as required by law.

7. Data Retention

• Purchase records — Retained as long as required for tax and legal compliance (typically 5-7 years)
• Email correspondence — Retained for 12 months after last communication, then deleted
• Web server logs — IP addresses anonymised after 30 days; aggregated analytics retained indefinitely
